Attorney Christopher J. Donnelly is a graduate of Rutgers University, The University of Pennsylvania Law School and New York University Law School (LLM in Taxation) and has been involved in the law and securities markets for over 25 years.  Chris has a particularly broad perspective, having worked as a lawyer (four years at Brown & Wood and four years at Saxena White), Rating Agency Analyst (over ten years at Moody’s and Duff & Phelps Credit Rating), Trading Desk Analyst and Registered Securities Representative (over ten years at Mesirow Financial).  For the past seven years, Chris has focused his efforts primarily on e-discovery and litigation support services, primarily for lawsuits addressing fraud in the public securities markets, and is fully proficient in Verteris, Relativity, Bloomberg, Excel, Lexis, and Westlaw.
